These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Client") and Dashmesh Properties ("the Company", "we", "us", or "our"), a real estate consultancy firm established in 1988 and operating from Ludhiana, Punjab, India.

By using our website at dashmeshproperties.in, calling our offices, submitting an enquiry form, or engaging our services in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.

Services Provided

Dashmesh Properties provides real estate consultancy and brokerage services, including but not limited to:

  • Residential property buying, selling, and leasing
  • Commercial property transactions and leasing
  • Agriculture land deals
  • Property investment advisory and portfolio guidance
  • Petrol pump, SCO, and industrial plot transactions
  • Liaison with RERA-approved developers and builders

We act as an intermediary/agent between buyers and sellers. All transactions are subject to the terms agreed directly between the transacting parties and governed by applicable Indian property and contract law.

Our brokerage fees and commission structures will be communicated clearly before any formal agreement is signed. All financial arrangements must be confirmed in writing.

RERA Compliance

Dashmesh Properties operates in accordance with the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 (RERA). We only represent RERA-registered projects where applicable and encourage clients to verify RERA registration details of any project independently at the official RERA Punjab portal before making any investment.

Clients are advised to review the RERA registration number and project details of all developments before booking. Dashmesh Properties is not a developer and bears no liability for developer-related commitments, delays, or deficiencies.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, graphics, icons, and page layouts — is the property of Dashmesh Properties or is used with permission, and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
